  EFT: Emotional Freedom Technique

"EFT [Emotional Freedom Technique] is a simple way to rid yourself of phobias, anxieties and anything else that bothers you."

It has roots in ancient Chinese medicine and the modern science of Applied Kinesiology. Which is why it is often called "acupuncture without needles."

The basic theory is that the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system. By correcting the disturbance on an energy level we simultaneously correct it on the emotional level.

That may be so.

But in my opinion, EFT is a rapid form of hypnosis.

It is often startlingly effective. New or old emotional upsets are often released in less than half an hour!

Similarly, life-long phobias, compulsive behaviours and unhealthy patterns of belief can be eliminated, quickly, easily and safely.

Here are some issues which EFT can alleviate or eliminate:

  • Addictive Cravings (food, cigarettes, alcohol, drugs)
  • Allergies
  • Anxiety and Panic Attacks
  • Anger
  • Compulsions and Obsessions
  • Depression and Sadness
  • Dyslexia
  • Fears and Phobias
  • Grief and Loss
  • Guilt
  • Insomnia
  • Negative Memories
  • Nightmares
  • Pain and Symptom Management (fibromyalgia, arthritis, back & neck pain)
  • Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
  • Poor Sports Performance
  • Public Speaking
  • Sexual Abuse Issues

Using EFT on Fears and Phobias

About 10% of people suffer with a phobia. A phobia is an irrational fear. It can have a terribly limiting effect on your life. But EFT can be effective on all of the hundreds of phobias. Here are some of the more common ones:

  • Bridges
  • Being alone
  • Claustrophobia
  • Computers
  • Dentists
  • Disease
  • Driving
  • Elevators
  • Flying
  • Heights
  • Marriage
  • Needles
  • Public Speaking
  • Rejection
  • Sex
  • Snakes, spiders, bees
  • The telephone
  • Water.
